Deputy Director, Division of Technical Regulations, Department for WTO Affairs, Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), 2002 - Present
Lead WTO negotiations on technical barrier to trade (TBT) for MOFCOM.Attend international meetings in APEC, United Nations where there are issues related to IPR in standardization.Policy coordination on domestic policies with regards to their WTO rule consistence.  Focusing on international negotiations on the issue of IPRs in standardization since 2005.

Senior Staff, International Department, General Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), 1996 – 2002
Responsible for international standardization cooperation and policy researches on national standardization competition strategies.Worked on backup team on issues related to standardization policy and technical regulation scheme during Chinese WTO accession negotiations.
